During the 2009-2010 school year I led the revision of the ISAT 252 Course Action Request for the Foundations Committee that led to a significant update of the course objectives and the description in the catalog. ┬áThis was the first significant revision to the course since it’s inception over ten years ago. ┬áThis resulted in much more specific, detailed, and measurable learning objectives.

I also led the creation of a 1-credit course, ISAT 252K designed to be offered to transfer students into ISAT who have had a programming course outside of JMU that does not contain the content on Knowledge Based Systems (KBS) that is contained in our ISAT 252 course.
